앱·웹사이트에서 바로 삭제
- 건너편 앱 또는 haninstory.com에 로그인합니다.
- 상단 메뉴의 연재하기(내 작품) 화면으로 갑니다.
- 오른쪽(휴대폰에서는 아래쪽) 계정 칸의 계정 삭제를 누르고, 한 번 더 눌러 확인합니다.
이메일로 삭제 요청
로그인할 수 없다면 가입한 이메일 주소에서 [email protected]으로 "계정 삭제 요청"이라고 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제합니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 로그인 기록, 필명, 지역, 소개
- 내가 올린 작품과 모든 회차, 이미지 연결 정보
- 내가 쓴 댓글, 좋아요, 관심 작품, 읽은 기록, 공모전 응모 정보
삭제는 즉시 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 법적 의무나 분쟁 처리를 위해 꼭 필요한 기록이 있는 경우에만 그 목적이 끝날 때까지 최대 90일 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
Delete your account (English)
In the HaninStory app or at haninstory.com, sign in, open Write (My works), and tap Delete account twice to confirm. If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from your account's address with the subject "Delete my account"; we delete it within 7 days.
Deleted: your email and login records, profile (pen name, region, bio), all works and episodes you published, your comments, likes, follows, reading history and contest entries. Deletion is immediate and permanent; records required by law are kept no longer than 90 days.
